There are many journalists and communication specialists out there that are utterly brilliant at their jobs … but just can’t teach others how to be the same.  Training has its own specialist needs.

All our trainers are both great practitioners and highly effective instructors.  We ensure this through dedicated train-the-trainer programmes, taking those with teaching aptitude and providing training in instructional techniques, lesson planning, curricula development, training needs analysis and learning processes.  This is supplemented by continual mentoring and monitoring, to ensure that our trainers are the best.

At least twice a year, we hold two-day train-the trainer packages, allowing candidates to be accepted into our training pool of talent.  We are especially on the lookout for English, French and Arabic-speaking professionals from the fields of journalism and public relations.
